There is a slight change in venue for this, our final competition of the season. Due to the stage set required for a school production in Chief Sepass Theatre the theatre is not available to us. Our dancing will instead take place in the Langley Fine Arts School Gymnasium. This is accessed through the school.
Entry area, numbers table, concession and change rooms remain unchanged.

Saturday April 28th 2018 FVHDA Open – Entries:
If you haven’t already sent your paper copies of your entry and payment for our Open, I will be accepting these at this competition if you wish to hand them directly to me and save the postage.
To clarify: The Premier competition being held in the afternoon in the gym is being run at the same time as the afternoon Championship. The Premier competition in the gym is being offered as an alternative to the Championship.
Trophy Return:
If you are in possession of a Perpetual Trophy (Marie Lavoie, Year End High Points, or from the 2017 Open) please make arrangements to have these returned as soon as possible. Please contact our Awards Co-ordinator (rosemcneil.fvhda@gmail.com) with any questions.
Beginner / Novice / Intermediate dancers:
Please remember, that even if you have a fully stamped dance card you need to present it at both the numbers table to collect your number, AND, at awards so it can be checked.

This will occur just before the Primary Awards, immediately after the Pre-Premier Flings. Make sure you are in the gym to witness brand new Primary dancers showing off their Pas de Basques / Pas de Basques and High Cuts for the very first time!
