The FVHDA hosts three closed competitions and one open competition each season.
For the past four years we have offered a Championship and Pre-Championship with our Open Competition.
The following dates have been set aside for the 2019 / 2020 season:
Regular Competitions:
- Saturday November 9, 2019
- Judges: Charlene Ward (BC) and Katie Gardner (AB)
- Saturday January 18, 2020
- Workshop (Association Members) Sunday January 19th 2020
- Judges: Eleanor Belton (ON – and Workshop) and Peter Archibald (BC)
- Saturday February 22, 2020
- Judges – Jeanne Terrence-Small (AB) and Katie Lee (AB)
- Pipers for all 3 regular competitions are Alan Walters and Liam Hilder
All events will be held at the Chief Sepass Theatre in Fort Langley BC.
Open Competition and Championship:
- May 2nd and 3rd 2020
- Judges – Working on it!
- Venue – Langley Fine Arts School – Chief Sepass Theatre and Fine Arts School Gymnasium
